Pincheck is a business continuity and crisis management consultancy improving clients’ understanding of and ability to respond to emergencies.
Pincheck was founded by Harry Joseph, a former Army officer and Domestic Bursar for a Cambridge University college. He can confidently advise on leadership, complex operational delivery, risk reduction, and business continuity planning.

What’s in a name?
Pincheck takes its name from a visual inspection of skydiving equipment, performed immediately before leaving an aircraft. It is the last in a series of inspections leading up to the point of no return, and offers a useful last chance to rectify issues or abort a descent before it is too late.
This concept of layered active preparation and inspection, of speaking up when things aren’t right, and of making necessary improvements, underpin Pincheck’s approach. We operate with integrity, we are transparent, and we strive for practicality.
